She has a strong background in both early-stage startup and staffing agency environments. Doina has hands-on experience in technical and nontechnical recruitment, managing HR operations, building teams, driving company-wide initiatives, streamlining processes, reducing costs, and improving overall business performance.
In 2014, an idea turned into action when Doina decided to give freelancing a shot and she did not stop since then. After six years of freelancing, Jump In Podcast was launched as a ''how-to'' guide to align with those who need guidance and motivation. Doina started freelancing by working six hours per week and she worked her way up to making this a full-time goal.
